A custom NuiMOs of Jules/The World Chorus conductor!!

Hey guys!! Back at it again with another silly project, I decided to make a custom NuiMO of Jules, the conductor of World Chorus! As you all know, this is my OC version of the character, so I based his appearance on my own art rather than the official doll. This was my process!

I started off with the Snow White NuiMO, because she had the most similar hairstyle and features!

I cut off her hairbow and tried to dye the headband darker so it’s less obvious :)

I then set to painting the hairbow! It still looks a little pink because it’s obviously a DIY, but it looks pretty good!

Since his clothes hadn’t arrived yet, he spent the night in some cute PJs!

This is how his outfit looked before…

And this is after!

To finish off, I tucked his hair under, so now he’s all done!

Jules with my MarionetteAngie lookalike doll! I got her for my 19th birthday :)

And here’s her in a costume! I dressed her up like Golden from the FSOS AU (You can call me MarionetteAngie, Golden/Goldie or Polaris interchangeably <333)

Please read the FSOS AU here, we’re working so hard on it! https://fantasiasymphonyofsorcerersau.blogspot.com/

I also made another NuiMO…

Of real life me!! <3

I started out with Anna as a base, since we both have blue eyes
I was originally gonna make her MarionetteAngie me, but the hair was really daunting, plus I already have my Blythe, so I thought why not do something of myself irl for a change? :D

Some of the process of painting her hair. I used masking tape, and it (mostly) avoided staining her face. Even the small patch that is stained doesn’t look bad, it looks more like a shadow hehe :)

I reused the snow white dress and coloured it a more gold colour, so now I’m a princess! I loved Disney Princess Enchanted Journey for the Wii when I was little (and still do!) so it reminds me of the end of the game when you get a beautiful gold dress!

The stain on her face is there, but as Arcane says, “there is beauty in imperfections, they made you who you are”

I’m not perfect in real life, in fact I have a few spots and wear glasses because of astigmatism etc, but they’re just parts of me. So my doll doesn’t have to be perfect either, just loved, and I love them both very, very much <3

Thanks for reading!

I don’t have any images today, and things might be a bit slower moving forward because I’m going through a bit of a rough patch, but I’m sure things will turn out fine in the end. (Plus it’s hard to find new stuff when I’ve basically scraped through all of Flickr) I watched Return to Neverland last night for the first time in years and it reinvigorated some hope, so that was good :)
